Position Summary:

Smiley Aesthetics is seeking a dedicated and dynamic professional to serve as Clinic Manager for our men’s med spa location. This salaried role blends hands-on injectable services with clinic management responsibilities. The ideal candidate is experienced in medical aesthetics and comfortable working in a male-focused, men’s wellness environment, and aligns with the spa’s brand identity targeting male clients. This position reports directly to the Director of MedSpa Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage daily inventory accurately with weekly reconciliation.

· Ensure sufficient supply levels and maintain operational hours.

· Prioritize client experience and satisfaction while upholding high standards of quality and safety.

· Drive marketing initiatives and recruit new clients through both spa and personal social media platforms.

· Maintain a pristine spa environment at all times.

· Develop tailored treatment plans during client consultations.

· Deliver injectable treatments for facial aesthetics, utilizing products like Juvederm and Botox, and operate medical devices such as microneedling pens post-training.

· Conduct thorough charting and clinical documentation for each client.

· Recommend additional treatments and skincare regimens based on client needs.

· Perform administrative and operational tasks as needed, including managing product needs and clinical inquiries from nearby injectors.

· Participate in social media content creation and engagement as needed to support brand visibility and clinic growth.

· Control operational expenses and manage waste efficiently.

· Ensure timely banking of cash earnings and manage client documentation, including before and after treatment photos.

· Attend and contribute to staff meetings.

· Mid-level providers are required to assist with Good Faith Exam (GFE) requests as part of their responsibilities.

· Working one Saturday per month is required to support spa operations and accommodate client needs during high-demand periods.

· The role may require handling additional responsibilities as needed to support the clinic’s operations and team

Qualifications:

· Must hold a current state license as an RN, NP, or PA with experience in the aesthetic field.

· Strong understanding of male-oriented aesthetics, men’s skincare and men’s wellness trends.

· Professional demeanor with a passion for the aesthetics industry.

· Self-motivated and committed team player.

· Well-versed in various med spa services and skincare products.

· Proficiency in technology, EMR systems, and digital communication tools.
