Schedule for the Patient Coordinator
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities and Requirements of the Patient Coordinator
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental or medical front office/reception role required
- Experience with Eaglesoft preferred
- Handle incoming calls and patient inquiries while delivering high-quality customer service
- Schedule, manage, and confirm appointments using practice management software
- Communicate with patients regarding upcoming visits, confirmations, and reminders
- Process prescriptions (RX) through the practice management system
- Assist with maintaining and organizing patient records and documentation
- Support insurance-related processes in a fee-for-service environment by submitting claims on patients’ behalf and clearly explaining reimbursement procedures to patients
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
