Compensation:

• $50.00–$58.00 per hour, or...
• Want to earn more? A commission-based compensation structure is available as an option designed to reward high-performing hygienists. This structure rewards productivity and performance, with no cap on earning potential.

Performance Expectations:

• Recognize periodontal disease based on radiographic and clinical findings.
• Provide patient education regarding the disease process and whole-body health.
• Provide patient education regarding caries and diet.
• Take diagnostic quality images to assist during patient education and diagnosis.
• Provide exceptional preventive care, including but not limited to: scaling, polishing, flossing, sealants and professionally applied fluoride.
• Perform non-surgical Periodontal Therapy according to the AAP guidelines and office procedure.
• Administer local anesthetic to patients when necessary.
• Appoint return re-care visits.

Qualifications:

• Current RDH licensure.
• Current Local Anesthetic licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Office Hours for this Position:

• Monday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
• Tuesday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
• Wednesday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
• Thursday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

Pay: $50.00 - $58.00 per hour
