Our office is almost fully staffed! We just need the right dental assistant to complete our team.

Your Role:
As a Dental Assistant, you will have a key role in helping deliver exceptional care and ensuring our patients are comfortable and informed about the care they get. You will be working closely with our doctors and hygienists to create an environment where clinical excellence meets extraordinary service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Prepare patients for dental procedures by welcoming, comforting, seating, and providing chairside assistance to the dentist during treatments
- Clinical Support: Sterilize and disinfect instruments, set up instrument trays, and prepare materials for procedures; assist with dental impressions, digital scans, x-rays, and other diagnostic tasks in compliance with Illinois regulations as well as supporting the day-to-day clinical operations
- Infection Control: Adhere to OSHA and CDC guidelines to maintain a clean and safe clinical environment, ensuring compliance with State and Federal health regulations
- Patient Education: Provide oral hygiene instructions and post-treatment care guidance to patients to promote dental health.
- Managing Inventory: monitoring the supply at hand and adhering to the ordering protocol
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience and efficient office operations
Qualification:
· At least 1 year of assisting; ortho experience a plus
· Coronal polish certificate - willing to pay for you to obtain certification
· Excellent communication skills
· Detail-oriented and organized
· Punctual and responsible
· Knowledge of Dexis, Dentrix and iTero a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 38 per week
