We are seeking a full-time Pediatric Dentist to join our team.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
• Eligible for or currently licensed to practice dentistry in Wisconsin
• Passion for providing exceptional pediatric dental care and creating positive patient experiences
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and collaboration

Compensation

This position offers a guaranteed annual base salary of $190,000, with the opportunity to earn additional compensation as a percent of collections, in accordance with the practice’s compensation plan. Actual total compensation may vary based on individual production and collections.

Pay: $225,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
