Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Periodontist to join our well established and newly renovated dental practice. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in periodontal disease management and treatment, as well as a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care. You will work collaboratively with our dental team to enhance the oral health of our patients through preventive care, surgical interventions, and patient education. Familiarity with Dentrix and CAD/CAM CT software is preferred.
Skills & Expectations
- Diagnose and treat periodontal diseases with complete charting.
- Perform oral surgeries such as extractions, bone grafts, connective tissue grafts and implants and manage post-operative care while adhering to aseptic techniques.
- Collaborate with general dentists and specialists in areas such as prosthodontics and endodontics.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, periodontal disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology and treatment methodologies.
