About the Role
We're looking for a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team for Monday appointments at our Schoharie office. Our schedule allows for 60-minute prophy appointments, giving you the time to provide thorough, unrushed patient care.
Schedule
- Mondays only
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; lunch from 12pm-1pm
Responsibilities
- Perform dental cleanings (prophylaxis) with 60-minute appointment slots
- Take and review digital X-rays
- Conduct periodontal screenings and charting
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Assist with treatment planning alongside the dentist
- Maintain accurate patient records
Requirements
- Active New York State RDH license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Experience with Open Dental is a plus
