Smile Alive is looking for a Dental Assistant In Our Growing Patient Centric Practice
SmileAlive is a thriving, independent dental practice in Eugene, known for our thorough, patient -centric approach. We are currently expanding and looking for a seasoned Dental Assistant who takes pride in clinical excellence and building lasting patent relationships.

Your Role & Impact:
· Provide exceptional chairside support during complex procedures including crowns, bridges, fillings, root canals, extractions and more.
· Educate patients on their treatment plans and long-term oral health
· Lead the “continued care” conversation to ensure patients are scheduled for their next visit before they leave the chair.
Requirements
· An EFDA is preferred, but we are willing to support you in achieving that certification.
· X-ray certification and current BLS/CPR certification
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume, quality-focused environment.
· Strong communication skills with a focus on patient comfort and education.
Job Type
· Full time, In-person
· Pay: 22 - 30 per hour based on experience.
