We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Front Desk & Treatment Coordinator to join our highly specialized boutique dental practice
This role is ideal for someone who is strong at front desk operations and scheduling, confident in patient communication, and comfortable in a clinically hands-on dental environment.
You will be the key point of contact for patients—managing scheduling, coordinating treatment plans, and supporting smooth daily flow between the front desk and clinical team. The role also includes light clinical support tasks such as assisting with digital scanning workflows and supporting diagnostic imaging processes.
The ideal candidate is experienced in dental front desk or treatment coordination and is comfortable working both administratively and in a clinical setting when needed.
Responsibilities:Front Desk & Scheduling
- Answer phones and schedule patient appointments
- Manage daily schedule for efficiency and optimal patient flow
- Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments
- Greet and check in/out patients professionally
- Maintain accurate patient records in dental software
Treatment Coordination
- Support presentation and explanation of treatment plans (doctor-led)
- Help patients understand treatment sequencing and next steps
- Follow up on unscheduled or pending treatment
- Coordinate multi-step treatment scheduling
Clinical / Hands-On Support
- Comfortable working in a clinically hands-on dental environment
- Assist with digital scanning workflow (patient prep, scanning coordination, data handling)
- Assist clinical team with patient flow and transitions between operatories
- Support readiness and turnover of treatment rooms when needed
Practice Support
- Assist with insurance verification and updates (if applicable)
- Support patient follow-up, recalls, and reactivation efforts
- Assist with patient communication campaigns (texts, reminders, follow-ups)
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a dental office REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures
- Experience with dental software
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable in a clinically hands-on dental environment
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism
Preferred Experience
- Experience with or exposure to digital scanning
- Familiarity with xray maging workflows
- Dental assisting or clinical chairside experience
- Treatment coordination or case presentation experience
- Experience in dental /medical practices
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
