- Ideal Candidate: 2 years of TC experience with a deep understanding of PPO/HMO insurance. You are comfortable discussing money and are driven by meeting goals.
2. Patient Coordinator / Front Office (The Face of the Practice)
- The Mission: You are the heartbeat of the office. From managing high-volume schedules to handling insurance claims, you ensure every patient feels welcomed and every minute of the day is optimized.
- Ideal Candidate: A reliable professional with a "leadership-first" mindset. We are willing to train the right person if you have a background in high-level customer service or retail management!
3. Centralized Call Center Agent (The Voice of the Brand)
- The Mission: Working from our high-energy central hub, you are the first point of contact for our thousands of loyal patients. You’ll handle inbound calls, verify insurance eligibility, and solve problems with a smile in your voice.
- Ideal Candidate: Superb phone etiquette and a proactive attitude. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply! We provide full paid training for this role.

Schedule & Logistics
- Hours: Generally Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) with rotating or occasional Saturdays.
- Mobility: Front Office and TC roles may involve commuting between our beautiful Greater Sacramento offices. Call Center roles are based at our central operations hub.
