We are seeking a well qualified, hard working, enthusiastic individual to join our amazing team.
As a Dental Call Center Agent , you will be the front lines of interaction with our loyal customers. This is a fast paced environment and we need someone who can be on top of answering the high volume of incoming calls. Someone that is very professional and friendly to provide excellent customer service experience. We take pride of our excellent company culture and stability we provide as most of our employees have been with us for many years and now we are looking to add to that team and hopefully find someone who wants to take advantage of the growth opportunities that we provide within our company.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Handle high volume of inbound calls from patients with the utmost care, requiring professional telephone etiquette and superb listening and problem-solving skills
- Making outbound calls to insurance companies and patients to obtain information, perform eligibility verification, request prior authorizations and resolve billing discrepancies
- Experience in eligibility, benefits and claims is preferred but not required
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service, insurance and billing support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly pro-active, goal oriented and motivated attitude
- Ability to enunciate and speak clearly
- High work ethics, common sense and good overall judgment
