Dental Lab Tech – Smile Systems Dental Studio
Location: American Fork, UT | Full-time (Mon-Thurs)

As a Dental Lab Technician, you’ll play a critical role in helping patients receive high-quality restorations that look and feel natural. Whether you're layering porcelain, milling zirconia, or troubleshooting digital files, your precision fuels life-changing outcomes.
What You'll Do:
- Design, fabricate, and finish dental prosthetics including crowns, bridges, and implant restorations
- Collaborate with dentists and lab team to ensure cases meet quality, esthetic, and functional standards
- Work with digital workflows (scanning, CAD design, 3D printing, and milling equipment)
- Maintain equipment, tools, and a clean working environment
- Follow lab protocols, case tracking systems, and deadlines to keep cases on schedule
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in a dental lab preferred (entry-level candidates with strong attention to detail also encouraged to apply!)
- Hands-on skills with ceramics, zirconia, or digital dental workflows are a big plus
- Strong visual and manual dexterity; artistic flair is a bonus
- Tech-savvy mindset with willingness to learn new systems and techniques
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
