We are a well-established and growing roofing and construction company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team.
This is a back-office administrative role with clear responsibilities and structured processes.
The owner is present in the office most days, and this position does not involve field management or handling customer complaints.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage jobs in the company system
- Enter invoices, receipts, and expenses into the system
- Track payments and assist with collections
- Print and issue checks
- Open and close project files
- Submit permit applications and follow up on inspections with city offices
- Prepare and send contracts and documents
- Communicate with city offices, contractors, and clients for administrative matters only
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with office systems and emails
- Ability to follow structured processes
- Reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented
Previous office experience in construction or service businesses is a plus, but not required — we are willing to train the right person.
Schedule
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Pay
$26 per hour
