Carroll, Jr., DDS, PC, has been providing comprehensive dental care for families in Smyrna, Marietta, Austell, Powder Springs, Hiram, Lithia Springs, Douglasville, and the surrounding communities since 1987. The ideal candidate will be caring, team-player, and motivated people-person with a strong work ethic and superior customer service skills. Our office is fast-paced so we need someone who can multitask and keep a positive upbeat attitude while doing it! Clinical experience is a plus!
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and provide a warm, professional introduction to treatment planning.
- Review and explain treatment plans with patients, including procedures, timelines, and associated costs.
- Present financial options, insurance benefits, and payment plans clearly and confidently.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to verify coverage, submit claims, and follow up on approvals.
- Schedule appointments in accordance with treatment plans and patient availability.
- Track and follow up on pending treatment cases to ensure completion.
- Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the Dentrix software system.
- Answer questions regarding procedures, billing, insurance, and financing in a courteous and professional manner.
- Support front desk operations as needed, including check-in/check-out and phone coverage
Requirements:
- Previous dental experience
- Insurance verification
- 1 year of experience is preferred
- Dentrix experience a plus
