This role requires a strong understanding of the dental field.
Account Receivable (billing) Responsibilities
- Patient billing
- Dental claims aging (follow up on oustanding claims)
- Claim corrections
- Posting payments
- Patient account audits
- Other tasks as needed
- collaborate and work very closely with the billing assistant for your assigned location
- Help your teammates
Job Requirments
- Dental billing and insurance experience (2 years required)
- Confident and proactive patient and insurnace payment recovery
- In-Office postion only
- Full time
- Proficiency in dental coding
- Ability to communicate effectively with the team, patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.
- Technical and soft skills
Job Preferences
- Dentrix Ascend experience
- Dolphin Management experience
