Office Hours
- Monday: Closed
- Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: Closed
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
(Schedule flexibility available within these hours)

Position Overview
As a Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing patient flow, presenting treatment plans, and ensuring an excellent patient experience from start to finish. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow systems, and confidence in communication.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients professionally
- Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently
- Present treatment plans and discuss financial options
- Collect proper copay and balances
- Follow up on unscheduled treatment and patient leads
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support smooth daily office operations
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months dental experience required
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow directions and office systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic business acumen and understanding of case acceptance
Preferred Qualifications
- Treatment coordination experience
- Dental software experience
- Strong phone and patient conversion skills
Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
