- Diagnose and present treatment plans using evidence-based standards of care
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
- DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
- Active Virginia dental license in good standing
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills
- Commitment to high-quality dentistry and ethical treatment planning
- Contract-based position with a competitive percentage after an initial daily minimum period
