⭐ What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary and sole dentist in the office
- Perform high-quality cosmetic and general dentistry, including veneers, smile makeovers, crowns, bridges, fillings, extractions, and restorative work
- Diagnose and develop comprehensive treatment plans with cosmetic focus
- Work closely with our in-house lab technicians to ensure precision, aesthetics, and optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients on treatment options and oral health
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Deliver a 5-star patient experience through trust, communication, and artistry
⭐ What We’re Looking For
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Texas dental license
- Cosmetic experience or strong interest in veneers, bonding, and smile design
- Confident performing a wide range of general dentistry
- Entrepreneurial, motivated, and willing to grow with a startup
- Strong communication and a patient-centered mindset
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Comfortable being the sole clinician with full team support behind them
