Were currently seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our Birmingham team. If youre passionate about dentistry, love helping people, and thrive in a collaborative, patient-focused setting, wed love to meet you!
What Youll Do:
- Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients
- Verify insurance and file claims
- Confirm and schedule appointments
- Handle patient accounts and answer phone calls
- Collaborate with front desk team to ensure a smooth patient experience
What Were Looking For:
- Previous dental experience
- Comfortable discussing finances and treatment plans
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Dentrix knowledge preferred
- Excellent telephone etiquette
