The Center for Advanced Dentistry is seeking an experienced Full-Time Hygiene Assistant to join our well-established Suwanee office!

Position Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hygiene assisting experience
- Knowledge and experience with Dentrix
- Accuracy and confidence performing FMX
- Experience with coronal polishing
- Strong understanding of periodontal charting
- Knowledge of Zoom Whitening
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative dental team
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists and hygienists during procedures while preparing treatment rooms and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Supervise and mentor dental assistant team members, assigning tasks and providing guidance as needed.
- Manage patient scheduling, records, and insurance claims processing.
- Maintain strict sterilization and infection-control protocols in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and order dental supplies as needed.
- Participate in quality-assurance activities and ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with patients, answer questions, schedule appointments, and follow up on treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
Compensation & Benefits
- $21.00/hour *based on experience

Schedule
- MondayThursday, plus two Fridays per month
- Monday: 9:00 AM5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM5:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM3:00 PM
- Two Fridays per month: 8:00 AM1:00 PM
- One-hour lunch break MondayThursday
