Treatment Coordinator - Toupin Dental & Associates
We are looking to add a dental receptionist to join our friendly team! We are looking for someone that loves working with patients to achieve their smile goals with knowledge in treatment planning and financial arrangements using third party lenders when needed. If you have at least one year of previous dental experience, love serving patients and want to find a long term fit for your career, please consider us!
Duties:
- Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients
- Verify insurance and process claims
- Collect co-payments
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage patient accounts and phone inquiries
- Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Must have 1 year of dental treatment coordinating experience
Office Hours:
- Monday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
