A lovely family in Hidden Hills is seeking a Personal/Family Assistant to join their household. The focus of this position is to support the family in all things related to their home as well as their personal lives. Ideal candidates will have 3 years of experience working in a similar fashion. Must be tech savvy, pay close attention to detail, organized, punctual, adaptable, and have the ability to jump in wherever help is needed.
Typical duties are (but not limited to): scheduling appointments, managing family calendar, phone/email correspondence, booking travel arrangements including private air and car service and ensuring itineraries are confirmed/set ahead of time, manage payments/expenses responsibly, paying close attention to any fine print and receiving approval prior to purchases, liaising with house manager, vendors/contractors, grocery shopping, gift shopping, event planning, managing household staff (housekeepers, handyman etc.), pet care, managing home inventory and keeping home organized, meal prepping and pick ups/drop offs, and running all miscellaneous errands as needed.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10AM-6PM. Must be flexible outside of business hours/weekends on an as needed basis.
Pay: $40,000 Up to $67,000 benefits. A slightly higher salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
