Full time Associate Dentist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry and be committed to providing high-quality patient care. This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with patients of all ages, particularly in pediatric dentistry.

Duties

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry including fillings, crown and bridge and some basic endodontics.
• Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Ensure infection control protocols are followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
• Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy.
• Able to treat both adults and kids
• Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and aseptic techniques.
• Excellent patient care skills with a focus on patient comfort and satisfaction.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in medical documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
