Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Arabic/English) Front Desk Associate to join our vibrant team! Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service in both Arabic and English
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records using Open Dental, Google Workspace, and other office software
- Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management for staff or practitioners
- Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative projects
- Support office management activities including supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping
- Maintain a professional front desk environment by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to office protocols
Experience
- Prior office experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is essential for effective communication with diverse clients and team members
- Demonstrated experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
- Familiarity with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills
- Experience in customer support or customer service roles that require active listening and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties, including appointment scheduling and patient record management is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
