Dental scheduler needed for busy dental office. Experience working in the dental field is not required, but prior phone service is. Required to make 150 calls per day. A cheerful attitude a must. Competitive pay and opportunities for growth

Dental scheduler needed for busy dental office. Experience working in the dental field is a plus. Previous job experience with phone systems and customer service is also a plus. A cheerful attitude a must. Competitive pay and opportunities for growth.
Successful candidates will be organized and pay strong attention to detail. Customer service is a must and the perfect receptionist believes the patient comes first. Will be required to make 150 calls per day.
Additional requirements of this administrative role include:
•High School Diploma or equivalent
•1 to 2 years of call center experience or dental scheduling is a deal breaker
•Customer Service experience / personality
•Experience using Eaglesoft a plus
•Experience using Microsoft office including Word, Outlook, and Excel
•Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
•Bilingual Preferred (English, Spanish)
Competitive wages ($18 to $20 depending on work history)
