What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Dentist position at Smile Center Silicon Valley?
Our office "Smile Center Silicon Valley" is looking to add a part-time dentist to our family-oriented and growing practice.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients and have a passion for helping people achieve optimal oral health.
We would love someone who is detail oriented, enthusiastic and patient focused, loves working with people and has the ability to project a positive, warm and professional image.
The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing dentist. Please submit your resume and a cover letter.
Responsibilities
– Perform patient assessments and examinations to diagnose dental conditions.
– Provide general dentistry services such as fillings, cleanings, and extractions. (Other skills like Basic Endo and Implants are a plus but not required)
– Maintain accurate medical records and documentation following HIPAA regulations.
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
– Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in dental technology.
Expected hours: 1-2 days per week 6-8 hours each day (Friday's are definite 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. another day of your choosing if desired 8am-5pm)
Education: Doctorate (Required)
Experience: General dentistry: 2 years (Required)
