Schedule (days/hours)
Spring Branch hours - Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 p.m. Sugarland / Stafford : E.O Monday - 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Tuesday - 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. {also office close 1 Tuesday a month} Wednesday - 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Thursday - 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. Friday - 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. E. O. Saturday 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Responsibilities
- Greeting: Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and greet each patient with a warm welcome
- Guiding: Assist patients with check in/check out procedures (including insurance verification), schedule appointments, and provide information about services and payment options, guiding them through their visit with ease and professionalism
- Gratitude: Express appreciation to patients for choosing us for their dental care and treat everyone with respect and professionalism
- Minimum 1 years of dental/orthodontic treatment coordinating experience required
- Bilingual preferred
- Strong understanding of dental and/or orthodontic procedures and terminology
- Proven experience with insurance verification and treatment planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable discussing financial information and closing treatment plans
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in multiple office environments
$18-$22/hour
