Aspire Dental supported by Smile Brands is looking for an experienced and motivated Treatment Care Coordinator to join our growing team in Clearwater, FL. We are seeking a patient-focused professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience and is looking for long-term growth and development within a supportive dental organization.

Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities
- Guide patients through their treatment journey with professionalism and empathy
- Present treatment plans and explain financial options clearly and confidently
- Coordinate scheduling to support productivity and patient satisfaction
- Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with understanding coverage
- Build strong relationships with patients to increase case acceptance and retention
- Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Support office goals through excellent communication and organizational skills
- Previous dental treatment coordinating or dental front office experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a growth mindset and willingness to learn
- Someone looking to grow their career with a strong and supportive team
