Responsibilities
- Present treatment plans and financial options to patients
- Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage
- Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up care
- Support front office operations and patient flow
- Build strong relationships with patients and create a positive experience
- Work closely with doctors and clinical staff to ensure seamless care
- Previous dental treatment coordinating experience required
- Experience with insurance verification and breakdowns
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and treatment planning
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
$21-$24/hour
