Greeting
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for patients and visitors
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Register, greet, and guide patients through their visit while providing updates as needed
- Dismiss patients and ensure they leave with a positive experience
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized, productive patient schedule
- Conduct appointment reminder calls and help ensure schedules are evenly distributed throughout the day
- Verify patient insurance coverage and update patient information in the practice management system
- Review patient charts for accuracy and completeness prior to appointments
- Retrieve, organize, and maintain patient charts and dental records
- Complete specialty referral forms and coordinate patient referrals
- Assist patients with understanding treatment plans, financial arrangements, and payment options
- Collect patient payments and reconcile daily financial reports
- Deliver exceptional service that supports high patient satisfaction and long-term relationships
- Actively contribute to office production, revenue, and new patient growth goals
- Consistently encourage patient referrals through outstanding service and communication
- Support team members and assist with additional responsibilities as needed
- 1 year of customer service, healthcare, dental, or front office experience preferred
- Dental office experience and knowledge of dental terminology strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable discussing scheduling, insurance, and financial information with patients
- Proficient with computers and dental practice management software
- Positive attitude with a passion for patient care and teamwork

Responsibilities
- Greeting: Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and greet each patient with a warm welcome
- Guiding: Assist patients with check in/check out procedures (including insurance verification), schedule appointments, and provide information about services and payment options, guiding them through their visit with ease and professionalism
- Gratitude: Express appreciation to patients for choosing us for their dental care and treat everyone with respect and professionalism
- At least one year related experience
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting
