As a Dental Hygienist, you'll be an essential part of the patient care team, providing preventive and therapeutic services while helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and informed.
You'll Have The Opportunity To
- Deliver comprehensive dental hygiene care tailored to each patient's needs.
- Perform periodontal assessments, charting, preventive treatments, and nonsurgical periodontal therapy.
- Educate patients on oral health, disease prevention, and the connection between oral and overall wellness.
- Partner with dentists to develop personalized treatment recommendations.
- Build strong patient relationships that encourage long-term preventive care.
- Contribute your ideas, expertise, and positive energy to a collaborative team.
- Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program.
- Current Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license or eligibility for licensure.

- Deliver high-quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols.
- Perform appropriate assessments, diagnostics and preventive treatments within your scope of practice.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention and the connection between oral and overall health.
- Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience.
- Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment.
- Stay current with dental technologies, instruments and best practices that enhance patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and compliance standards.
- Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to become licensed in the state of practice.
- New graduates are welcome!
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
