- Deliver comprehensive preventive and periodontal care
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and overall health connections
- Partner closely with doctors to co-diagnose and support treatment plans
- Build trust and rapport to drive patient retention and case acceptance
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office environment
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
- Strong clinical skills with a patient-first mindset

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
- Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
- Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
- Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
- Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
Who We’re Looking For
- A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
- Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
- A current CPR certification
$49-$53 per hour
