Dental Hygienist – Midwest Dental (Wells, MN)

Where small-town charm meets top-scope hygiene care.

At Midwest Dental – Wells, supported by Smile Brands, you truly get the best of both worlds — the welcoming, relationship-driven feel of private practice paired with the training, technology, benefits, and stability of a leading dental organization. If you're passionate about patient connection, expanding your clinical expertise, and becoming part of a close-knit community, Wells is the place to build your career and your life.

Why Wells, MN?

Wells is a warm, friendly southern Minnesota community where people know their neighbors, take pride in their town, and welcome new faces with open arms. With charming local shops, scenic parks, an easy commute to Albert Lea or Mankato, and a cost of living far below big-city markets, Wells offers:
  • A slower pace without sacrificing convenience
  • Safe neighborhoods and strong schools
  • A community that values connection, kindness, and care
  • A place where patients become like family — and providers stay for years
If you’re looking for a community where you can plant roots, build long-term patient relationships, and enjoy a balanced quality of life, Wells is the perfect fit.
