What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Sterilization Technician/ Dental Assistant position at Smile Ballard?

We are in need of a full time Sterilization Technician/Dental Assistant to join us and help bring the best oral health care possible to our patients. Our new, modern office was built in 2021, and provides digital technology, dental photography, iTero, Cerec, and utilizes Eaglesoft for our software. We offer a range of services in office to include restorative, crown and bridge, perio, endo, oral surgery, implant, Invisalign, TMJ, and full mouth reconstruction procedures.
We are a fun group of individuals that work well together. There are quarterly office outings like happy hours, boat rides, and dinner events that help us remain a close knit group. We collaborate daily about patients and make an effort to keep up with modern technology, which leads to many learning opportunities.
We are looking for someone that is hard working, reliable and ready to bring a positive attitude to work each day. Experience is a plus, but new grads are also encouraged to apply. A Washington State Dental Assistant Registration is required for this position.
Our office hours are:
- Monday/Wednesday 8AM-5PM (hour lunch)
- Tuesday/Thursday 7AM-4PM (hour lunch)
- Occasional Fridays from 8AM-2PM (no lunch)
