Production Worker – Pallet Manufacturing
Location: Cresco, IA

Shift: 3:30pm -2am
Premium - 10% increase for 2nd shift
Job Summary
As a Production Team Member, you’ll be involved in the hands-on manufacturing of wooden pallets. This role includes assembling, repairing, and stacking pallets, as well as maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate hand and power tools to build and repair pallets
- Sort, stack, and inspect pallets for quality
- Load/unload materials and finished products
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Work efficiently as part of a production team
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or labor-intensive role is a plus (but not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Safety-conscious mindset
