What You’ll Do As A Wireless Sales Agent
- Support wireless sales and customer service for Verizon products and services
- Assist customers with wireless plans, upgrades, devices, and account questions
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience through clear communication and service support
- Present Verizon wireless solutions, promotions, and service options
- Build strong client relationships to support customer satisfaction and retention
- Support account management by maintaining accurate customer and sales records
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and performance targets
- Contribute to daily and weekly wireless sales and customer support objectives
