SMI Telecom is hiring motivated and results-oriented individuals to join our growing Verizon Client Enrollment team. As a Verizon Client Enrollment Associate, you’ll work face-to-face with customers, helping them explore Verizon’s top-rated wireless and internet solutions, complete new sales enrollments, and deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
Due to a recent territory expansion, Verizon has partnered with us to lead customer enrollment and outreach efforts across the region. As demand grows, we’re building a high-performing sales and customer success team to represent Verizon with professionalism, accuracy, and enthusiasm.
What You'll Do as a Verizon Client Enrollment Associate:
- Customer interaction: Engage directly with customers, assess their sales needs, and recommend Verizon’s wireless and internet plans
- Sales and enrollment: Complete new customer enrollments and support service upgrades, renewals, and plan adjustments
- Product promotion: Present Verizon’s services clearly, emphasizing value, reliability, and current sales promotions
- Sales presentation: Clearly communicate the benefits of Verizon’s plans, pricing, and promotions to drive sales
- Account management: Maintain sales accuracy during the enrollment process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Performance tracking: Record daily sales activity and use performance data to refine your sales approach
- Team collaboration: Work alongside Verizon enrollment managers to refine sales strategies and improve outreach results

This is a full-time, entry-level position ideal for someone with strong people skills, a passion for customer service, and a desire to develop in the sales and client engagement space alongside Verizon.
