Physical Requirement
This position works throughout the hotel property, including guest rooms, public areas, rooftops, mechanical rooms, and outdoor spaces. Exposure to chemicals, cleaning products, noise, and maintenance equipment may occur.

- Perform routine preventive maintenance throughout the hotel property, including guest rooms, hallways, lobby, public areas, and exterior grounds.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, lighting, locks, and mechanical systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel departments.
- Complete repairs in guest rooms, including drywall, painting, carpentry, tile, furniture, fixtures, and minor remodeling.
- Ensure hotel equipment and systems operate efficiently and safely.
- Maintain swimming pool, spa, and exterior areas (if applicable).
- Conduct regular inspections of fire safety equipment, alarms, emergency lighting, and security systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance programs and document completed work orders.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety standards.
- Assist with room turns, inspections, and emergency maintenance situations as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and storage rooms.
- Participate in after-hours or on-call maintenance duties when required.

- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and emergency call-ins.
