RN hourly rates range from $26 to $38; LPN hourly rates range from $18 to $23.5.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs.
- Monitor vital signs and report any significant changes in patients' conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Assist the adult population to return to an emotional and mental well-being.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or licensed practical in the state of practice
- Strong skills in monitoring vital signs and interpreting results.
- Experience with durable medical equipment (DME) is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of patient care.
