Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrator role located in Islandia, NY. The Administrator will handle day-to-day operational tasks including scheduling, managing office processes, coordinating communications, and supporting senior staff members. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, streamlining administrative workflows, and ensuring the efficient operation of office activities to support the organization’s goals.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle administrative tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address operational challenges
- Experience in Accounting administrative roles is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or qualifications in administrative support or office management are advantageous
