Leasing Manager
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Manager to join our team at our conventional multi-family community. This position is ideal for an experienced leasing professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the daily operations of a thriving apartment community.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents.
- Conduct apartment tours, process leases, renewals, and move-ins.
- Build strong resident relationships and support resident retention efforts.
- Coordinate resident events and community engagement activities.
- Assist with resident ledgers and other administrative and financial tasks.
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and reports.
- Answer phones, respond to resident inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Support the Property Manager with day-to-day office operations.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
Qualifications
- 2 years of leasing, property management, customer service, or sales experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and phone skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience with property management software (AppFolio preferred).
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional resident experiences.
