ABOUT THE ROLE
SMG is seeking a creative, organized, and self-motivated Social Media Marketing Manager to oversee our social presence, content creation, model promotions, and marketing initiatives — helping showcase the talent, opportunities, and culture of the agency.
POSITION DETAILS
• Schedule: Min. 2 days/week in office
• Equipment: Computer provided
• Events: Some local coverage required
Note: Applicants should have their own phone, camera, or equipment for content creation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and maintain SMG's social media platforms
• Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and other platforms
• Edit photo and video content for campaigns and agency marketing
• Develop promotional materials and content for models
• Collaborate with agents to highlight bookings, placements, campaigns, and model achievements
• Cover agency events, workshops, and special projects through photo and video
• Track social media performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Assist with content planning, campaign development, and overall marketing strategy
QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content strategy
• Experience creating and editing photo and video content
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and similar creative tools
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Interest in fashion, modeling, or creative industries preferred
• Photography, videography, and copywriting experience is a plus
