We are currently seeking 2 Property Managers for our Real Estate portfolio!

Skills/Qualifications:
- Must have prior experience in Property Management.
- Must have exceptional customer service skills and hard work ethic.
- Must have a valid drivers license and pass a criminal background check.
- Must be able to fulfill all company requests and guidelines and agree to follow company rules and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Building positive relationships with prospective and current tenants.
- Overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests.
- Showing properties to prospective tenants and answering relevant questions.
- Preparing and executing detailed legally compliant lease agreements.
- Process lease renewals and follow up with tenants in a timely manner.
- Answering telephone.
- Traveling to nearby properties.
- Bank deposits.
- Other duties as assigned and requested.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Saturday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Property management: 5 year (MUST)
- Appfolio: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
Work Location: In person at the Fall River location and in person for our Somerset location as well.
