That’s why we need a Customer Care Associate that will bring the human element back to Westminster and nearby cities’ tech market. It’s a role that requires the Customer Care Associate to build rapport since they'll be working in neighborhoods to turn sales leads into loyal AT&T customers through in-person engagement.

Customer Care Associate Must-Dos
- Initiate direct conversations with assigned territory residents regarding their mobile needs.
- Present AT&T mobile devices and service plans as the ultimate connectivity solution.
- Close residential sales by building immediate rapport and demonstrating product value.
- Personalize every sales pitch to create authentic connections with prospects.
- Identify customer "pain points" through active listening and empathy.
- Exceed engagement targets by maintaining high-quality neighborhood interactions.
- Follow up with new customers to ensure they feel supported post-sale.
- Participate in workshops focused on psychology-based, human-centric sales techniques.
Customer Care Associate Must-Haves
