Summit Medical Group’s Central Laboratory is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our Laboratory Team! This is a full-time 40-hour per week opportunity. This is a dayshift position with hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS!! We have a new laboratory which opened in the summer of 2023 with many new lab instruments.
EDUCATION: Associate or bachelor’s degree in medical technology or a related science preferred.
EXPERIENCE: 1 year of clinical laboratory experience preferred but not required.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE: Tennessee Medical Technologist General license preferred. ASCP certification required.”
