About the Position
Our company is seeking a lab technician to join our team. This individual will work four ten hour days a week, between Monday and Friday. We’re looking for someone to work in a laboratory setting with laboratory equipment. This person is required to take initiative and will have an analytical approach to problem solving. This individual will maintain a high level of quality while maximizing throughput and ensuring efficiency.
Job responsibilities may change to meet the growing needs of the business, general responsibilities include:
- Working with products of various viscosities
- Production of infused or treated products including but not limited to gummies and flower
- Ensure compliance with policies and operating procedures
- Performing quality control
- Organizing logs and recording data
- Managing an efficient workflow
- Maintenance and cleanliness of equipment
Job Requirements
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Knowledge of math, weights, conversions, and quantities
- Must wear proper personal protective equipment and follow laboratory safety standards
- Positive attitude with a track record of being reliable & ethically sound
Strong Candidate
- Degree in chemistry or related field
- Laboratory experience
