Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key customer accounts by developing strong, long-term relationships.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in manufacturing and fabrication markets.
- Guide and support sales representatives to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies, quoting, and closing deals.
- Track and report sales performance to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Engineering, Scheduling, and Operations to meet customer needs.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns, branding efforts, and social media outreach.
- Travel to customer sites and company locations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in manufacturing, metals, or fabrication.
- Strong skills in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and team leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally.
