Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in West Visalia, CA, for a New Home Sales Specialist. The New Home Sales Specialist will be responsible for guiding prospective buyers through the home-buying process, presenting available homes and options, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Additional tasks include managing sales contracts, meeting sales goals, coordinating with team members, and staying informed about current housing trends and community developments.
Qualifications
- Experience in New Home Sales and Homebuilding
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
- A valid Real Estate License is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in West Visalia, CA, and collaborate effectively with team members
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
