ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to provide actionable business insights.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform strategic decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, quality control, finance, etc.) to understand business needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Build and maintain data warehouse sources and data models to support scalable BI solutions.
- Monitor data quality and ensure the accuracy and integrity of dashboards and reports.
- Continuously improve reporting processes through automation and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to perform each essential duty daily.
- 2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Crystal Reports, etc.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
Preferred but not required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with Crystal Reports.
- Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics.
- Familiar with the database structure and data flow withing Trimble Viewpoint Vista and Trimble Tekla PowerFab.
- Familiar with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

- Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer or phone.
- Periodic visits to fabrication shops and yard areas requiring PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety-toe shoes).
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Primarily office-based with occasional visits to fabrication shops.
- Requires teamwork and regular interaction with cross-functional areas and departments.
