Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled and compassionate physical therapist to join our dynamic team. As a physical therapist, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and designing treatment plans for patients with various physical injuries and conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical abilities, strengths, and limitations to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide education to patients and their families on injury prevention and management strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as a physical therapist
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
- Ability to design and implement effective treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience:
- 2 years of clinical experience as a physical therapist preferred
